Deskmivo™ arranges delivery to locations displayed as available when an order is submitted.
Customers must review the recipient name and delivery details for accuracy before completing the order.
Products normally require two to four business days for preparation unless a listing states otherwise.
Transit estimates begin after the parcel has been accepted by the applicable delivery provider.

Estimated delivery periods are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed arrival appointments. Weather, public holidays, carrier volume, customs procedures, transportation interruptions, remote locations, and local service restrictions may affect the final delivery date.

Items from one order may be packed separately when they are stored or prepared at different fulfillment facilities. Separate parcels may receive individual tracking references and may not arrive together.

Tracking information can take time to appear after dispatch. Scanning and tracking updates are controlled by the delivery provider and may not show every stage of the parcel’s movement.

Address corrections cannot be guaranteed once preparation has started. Orders returned because of incomplete information, refusal, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may require additional delivery arrangements.

International shipments may be subject to customs review, import conditions, duties, taxes, or documentation requirements established by destination authorities.

When tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but it cannot be located, customers should check entrances, mail areas, safe locations, household members, neighbors, reception staff, and any notice issued by the carrier.
