RETURN POLICY

Deskmivo™ accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.
Returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and free from damage that occurred after delivery.
Packaging, manuals, removable components, and included accessories should be returned whenever reasonably possible.
Customers must contact the store and receive return instructions before sending an item.

A request should include sufficient information to identify the order and explain the reason for the return. Photographs may be requested when the concern relates to damage, missing components, manufacturing issues, or an incorrect item.

Opened consumables, used refill supplies, customized products, and items clearly marked as final sale may not qualify for returns based solely on preference. This restriction does not affect remedies required for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Products damaged by excessive force, overloading, unsuitable assembly, modification, improper storage, exposure to liquids, or failure to follow instructions may be ineligible.

After an approved return is received and inspected, the case may be resolved through a refund, replacement, or another suitable remedy. Return delivery costs may remain the customer’s responsibility when the request results from preference, inaccurate measurements, compatibility issues, or selection of the wrong product.

Original delivery charges are generally not refundable for preference-based returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
